For your information our cancellation policy is as follows:

Drainage and Water Searches

• We require notification by phone* or email if you wish to cancel an order
• If we have not begun progressing the order when your cancellation is received a full refund will be provided
• If we have begun progressing the order but it has not been completed 50% of the fee will be refunded, but the search/es will not be dispatched to you as we are unable to send out incomplete searches
• If the order has been completed when your cancellation request is received a refund will not be provided, but the search/es will be dispatched to you.

All Other Products

• We require notification by phone* or email if you wish to cancel an order
• If we have not begun progressing your order when your cancellation is received a full refund will be provided
• If the order has been completed or we are part way through processing it when your cancellation request is received, we will be unable to provide a refund, but the search/es will be dispatched to you.
