GroundSure Screening
GroundSure Screening is an entry-level, environmental risk screening report for commercial properties. It contains all of the information in the GroundSure Data plus a summary assessment by an environmental consultant offering clear and succinct advice.
This report is suitable for large residential and commercial sites, large estates and divestment scenarios and comes with a discount against any additional consultancy that may be required.
GroundSure Review
GroundSure Review is a detailed commercial property environmental due diligence report that contains all of the information in GroundSure Screening, but comes with a detailed assessment of risk as well as a review of all high detail mapping.
GroundSure Review is ideal for use in commercial property acquisitions, associated funding arrangements and consideration of property suitability for inclusion within pension schemes.
