• Confirmation if the property is at risk from flooding from overloaded public sewers

• Greater detail regarding the charges to the property

 NEW CON29DW – Multi-Site

The Multi-Site product has been designed for new residential development sites and sites with multiple transactions. A fully HIP compliant property specific CON29DW residential search will be produced for each property/plot.

 In order to quality for a Multi-Site, the following conditions apply:

• This product is only available for residential transactions.
• A minimum of 5 properties per order, the first of which will be charged at the full CON29DW rate of £41.40, each subsequent CON29DW will be charged at the reduced rate of £25.30 (Gross)
• All orders must be received and delivered electronically
• All property addresses must be received at the same time, in addition all information such as site plan with current road names, developer name, site details and phase number (where applicable) must be provided with the order.
• All properties must be on the same site and phase and built by the same developer. A full priced CON29DW will be charged for additional phases/developers.
• 100% of the fee will be charged for any cancelled orders.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
