The Multi-Site product is designed for new residential development sites and sites with multiple transactions. A full property-specific CON29DW residential search will be produced for each property/plot.

In order to qualify for a Multi-Site, the following conditions apply:

• This product is only available for residential transactions
• A minimum of 5 properties per order, the first of which will be charged at the full CON29DW rate of £44.06, each subsequent CON29DW will be charged at the reduced rate of £25.85 (Gross)
• All orders must be received and delivered electronically
• All property addresses must be received at the same time, in addition all information such as a site plan with current road names, developer name, site details and phase number (where applicable) must be provided with the order
• All properties must be on the same site and phase and built by the same developer. Additional phases/developers will be charged at the full CON29DW rate
• 100% of the fee will be charged for any cancelled orders
• This product cannot be ordered in conjunction with any other offers.
