February 2010: Geodesys offers an improved service to solicitors
Geodesys is pleased to announce the expansion of its Client Relations team with the appointment of a new Client Account Executive to cover the eastern area of the Anglian region.
Victoria Constable has taken on the role and will cover the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
Tim O’Brien, Strategy and Development Manager comments “Geodesys is committed to providing excellent customer service and by growing the Client Account team, the Account Executives can dedicate more time to each individual customer and provide a better service to all the customers they support.”
In addition to the field-based Client Account Executives, Geodesys also has an in-house Customer Service team who are available to process orders quickly and efficiently and respond to any day to day queries.
Geodesys’ turn around times are consistently good with over 95 per cent of drainage and water searches being delivered within 3 working days (figures based on November 2009) with the majority of these being delivered the same working day.

Geodesys has been providing solicitors with property searches for over ten years.
